Which domain appears in my mailings?

By default, mailings sent from Acrelia are made with the generic domain @crlsrv.com, so your subscribers will see the domain email=yourdomain.com@crlsrv.com. This is because the sending is being done from Acrelia's servers. 

If you configure a mailing to have, for example, "info@domain.com" as the reply, the sender will be info=domain.com@crlsrv.com. However, if users reply to the newsletter they will reply to "info@domain.com". 

Despite this, neither your reputation as a sender nor the deliverability of your mailings will be affected, as this domain is added so that mail clients can authenticate the mails that are sent. 

However, if for branding reasons you prefer to send your mailings with the corporate domain, we have a domain customisation service available.
