Massive contact management

If you work with Acrelia News MultiAccount, you have at your disposal different tools to effectively manage your subaccounts, such as a control panel, subaccount usage statistics and also a massive contact management.

The massive contact management, allows you to search for an email address in all your subaccounts and unsubscribe / delete massively the matches.

To use massive contact management, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Sub-accounts
2. Click on the button "Manage contacts".
3. Enter the email address to search for and click on the icon. All active subscribers with that email address that are listed in any of your sub-accounts will be displayed.
4. You can unsubscribe/remove a specific match or use the "Select all" button and "Actions" to unsubscribe/remove that email address from all your sub-accounts.

Limit the number of contacts

Additionally, the multi-account feature also allows you to limit the maximum number of contacts your sub-accounts can have. Remember that your plan includes a number of monthly mailings that are divided between the main account and all sub-accounts. The same goes for the maximum number of contacts your plan has; they will be distributed among all the sub-accounts you have.

If you want to limit the maximum number of contacts that any of your sub-accounts should have, go to Settings > Sub-accounts > Limit contacts. There you will see a window that will allow you to enter the maximum number of contacts allowed for each sub-account, as well as for the main account itself. If any of them need more contacts, it will be as simple as going back to this menu and modifying, there, the number of contacts of the desired sub-account.
