You can easily share your templates with other Acrelia News accounts within the "My templates" section. The "Share" function, allows you to send a copy of one of your templates to another Acrelia News account without having to export or import the HTML code.
Share a template with other accounts
To share a template with another account that you don't own, follow these steps:
Multiaccount. Share template with subaccounts of your property
If you are using Acrelia News MultiAccount and you want to share a template with a subaccount of your property, see the article: How to share templates among subaccounts.
Differences between sharing templates with other users or with sub-accounts of your property
When you share a template with other accounts, they must either accept or decline to include the shared template in their template library. If they accept, a copy of the template will be created in their account and the user will be able to modify it as much as they want.
When you share templates with sub-accounts you own, the templates are automatically added to the sub-accounts you choose. Sub-accounts cannot modify the template, they can only use it in their mailings. This way, you ensure that you always send the campaigns with templates that follow the corporate image you have defined, and if you later need to make changes to the template, these will be also applied to all sub-accounts automatically. If a sub-account wants to modify a shared template, it must make a copy of the template.
