How to duplicate a segment

In Acrelia News we know how valuable your time is and therefore, to speed up the segmentation process, we give you the opportunity to duplicate segments with a single click.

Go to Contacts - Segments. In the options panel on the left, by clicking on the second icon, you will be able to duplicate the segment you are interested in.

This new segment will keep the rules of the original one, but you will be able to modify the conditions you need or add new ones.

With this option, if you have a segment with multiple rules, it will not be necessary to recreate it from scratch, as you can duplicate it and modify what you need.
