Avoid using Word to create your HTML campaigns

The Microsoft Word text editor includes a conversion option that allows you to convert images, text and tables into HTML format for online versions. If you want to create a campaign in HTML format you may think that the easiest option is to use Word and save it as HTML, but this is not the most efficient way to design your campaign.

When you use Word to create your HTML content, the text editor generates additional code (junk code) that is not necessary and will not benefit your mailings. This code could break the design or even cause some ISPs to block your company because of SPAM.
