Can I add attachments?

Our system does not allow to include attachments in your campaigns. There are several reasons for this:

• First, to avoid spreading viruses mistakenly in your campaigns in case some attached files would be infected.
• And also to prevent your subscribers from spending a long time trying to download heavy emails (heavy attachments + slow internet connection = 1 possible unsubscribe of a contact).

If you want to share a file with your contacts we recommend that you upload it to your server or use a file storage service such as dropbox and link it to the campaign via a button, image or text. Alternatively, if the file weighs less than 200kb and has a .pdf extension, you will be able to upload it to Acrelia's file manager. Once you have uploaded the document, if you right click on the file and click on "Get info", you will be able to get a link to share it. This way your upload will take up less space and the file will only be downloaded by those contacts who are really interested in it, avoiding filling your contacts' mailbox with dozens of unnecessary attachments.
