MCC

The MCC or Mobile Country Code is a numeric code that precedes the phone number and identifies the country of origin of that number. It is used along with the MNC and MSIN (control codes used to identify operators and numbers respectively) and together they are part of the IMSI and LAI (unique codes used to identify a specific mobile number and geographic area respectively).
