So, also if you are considering changing your tool, we recommend you to have clear answers to these two questions:

  • How often will you send messages? This information allows you to know the volume of mailings, although you have to take into account that each type of mailing (newsletter, campaign, automation) requires a different frequency. You can make an approximate calculation of how many emails you can end up doing per month considering that the same thing is not always sent to the entire database. Also, in the case of transactional emails, you can calculate them by estimating the expected sales.
  • To how many subscribers? This is usually the main data to calculate the rates of the platforms, but you also want to know the growth rate to ensure some stability in the future and not have to change when a plan is too small.
